Child rights commission headless for over a month

Submitted by bosconrd on Aug 09, 2018 Children are bearing the brunt of a headless Karnataka State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (KSCPCR). Over the past month, there has been significant delay in the commission’s handling of cases of corporal punishment in schools, local police’s ineffective handling of missing children, and school managements exploiting parents.
