Adolescent Girls’ Meeting at J.C Road

BOSOC Nilaya conducted adolescent girls’ meeting at JC Road, Bengaluru on July 17, 2021. The session started with an explanation on the importance of personal hygiene, safe and unsafe touch. Awareness was given about COVID-19 and precautions against the third wave by Ms. Bhagyalakshmi, Social Activist, BOSCO Nilaya. Girls were motivated to maintain personal hygiene. Ms. Brunda and Ms. Archana, Social Activists, BOSCO Nilaya spoke about the need to be prudent about the use social media and mobile phones. Ms. Bindu, Coordinator, BOSCO Nilaya spoke on the importance of education by screening a motivational video. The topic, ‘Goal setting,’ was explained. Thirteen adolescent girls attended the session.
