Training of Child Rights Club members

First segment of training was organized by BOSCO CREAM Project for children from Child Rights Club (CRC) at GMPS, Vadakunte, Nelamangala, Bengaluru Rural, on July 12, 2021. Fr. Regi Jacob, Director, BOSCO Nilaya, introduced BOSCO and CREAM Project and explained about UNCRC, child rights, CRC -importance and roles and responsibilities. Children were asked to be leaders and support the deserving ones in difficult situations. Mr. Devraj, Coordinator, BOSCO CREAM Project, briefed about CHILDLINE and responsibilities of CRC members. Children were asked to be active leaders and work towards achieving their goal.
Teachers appreciated for the efforts made in motivating the children. Twenty-two children were selected as club members.
