BOSCO Yuvodaya started a Tuition Centre for the school going children at Anniyamma Colony, Gandhinagar, Bengaluru. The inauguration of the centre was held on March 23, 2021 by Mr. Ravi, Sub Inspector, Upparpet Police Station and Mr. Ramesh, Local Leader. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Ravi appreciated BOSCO for its work towards the needy children. Fr. Varghese Pallipuram, Director Yuvodaya, briefed about BOSCO and its activities. He urged the children of the area to make optimum use of the tuition centre. Ramaswamy, Outreach Officer, BOSCO Foster Care Programme oriented the children and their parents on child rights, child related acts and laws, importance of education, BOSCO skill training programmes and Covid-19 protocols. The children of the area took initiative to organize the programme. Seventy children and their parents participated in the inauguration.
