Public Awareness Programmes in KR Market

BOSCO Nilaya organized two awareness programmes for the public in Akkipet and Jolly Mohalla areas of KR Market on March 13 and 19, 2021. Public and shops keepers were given awareness on child rights, child rights violation, CHILDLINE, tuition centres, vocational skill training courses, Remedial Education at BOSCO Nilaya. Shopkeepers, Auto drivers and vendors took initiative to pass on the information to the public. Around eight hundred public were given awareness. Two youths showed interest for joining skill training and one child was enrolled in BOSCO Nilaya tuition centre. Follow up is being done.
