Public Awareness at Kranthiveera Sangolli Rayanna Railway Station

BOSCO Railway CHILDLINE team organized public awareness programme at Kranthiveera Sangolli Rayanna Railway Station, Bengaluru on March 9, 2021. The target group of the program was the passengers at the railway station. Orientation was given about 1098 and functions of BOSCO Railway CHILDLINE. The problems faced by children were highlighted. During the awareness programme, phone testing calls were done and the public called 1098 in order to check the connectivity and effectiveness. The role of the passengers in case of finding any child on the moving train was explained to them. Mr. Sharanu, Mr. Mallesh and Mr. Johnson, Railway CHILDLINE staff conducted the program. Fifty passengers got benefitted from the programme. Twenty phone testing calls were done.
