Training Programme on Juvenile Justice Act

 Special Juvenile Police Unit (SJPU) Project, BOSCO, Bengaluru, conducted training on Juvenile Justice Act (JJ Act 2015) for Social workers of Impact India at KSCCW, Jayamahal Extension, Bengaluru on January 8, 2021. Basavaraju PN, Coordinator, SJPU, BOSCO Bengaluru, facilitated the session on Juvenile Justice Act 2015, the difference between JJ Act 2000 and 2015, child rights, roles and responsibilities of CWCs, SJPU infrastructure, rescue of children in difficult situations and RTE Act 2009. Smt. Rajini, Member, CWC 3 was present during the programme. Seventeen social workers attended the training.
