Staff Day at BOSCO

The Sports and Talents Day for BOSCO staff was conducted at BOSCO Sumanahalli, Bengaluru on February 15, 2020. Welcoming the gathering, Fr. Prasad, SDB, Director, BOSCO Sumanahalli and CHILDLINE, said, “Let us strive to become God loving persons and honest citizens.” Addressing the group, Fr. Mathew Thomas, Executive Director, BOSCO Bengaluru, said, “If you love children and would like to work with them, you need to love what they like, play and have fun. Don Bosco used to say, run, jump, have fun but do not hurt anybody and respect everybody”. Mr. Melyvn, Volunteer, Australia, expressed his happiness for being part of the BOSCO family. The morning session included cultural programmes by staff from all the centres, areas and projects of BOSCO. Cricket, party games, volley ball and throw ball were organized. The day concluded with the distribution of prizes. Fr. Prasad proposed the vote of thanks. The directors and over seventy staff of BOSCO participated in the event.
