Awareness Campaigns at Railway Station

Awareness programmes were conducted for High Coach Mechanics, Taxi Drivers and public by BOSCO Railway CHILDLINE team at Krantiveera Sangolli Rayanna Railway Station, Bengaluru, during October 2019. The main aim of the awareness programmes was to sensitize the stakeholders and public towards runaway children and missing children. The topics were BOSCO and its activities, CHILDLINE, Railway CHILDLINE, missing children, 1098, runaway children, child rights child protection mechanisms, child welfare committee and the role of stakeholders in rescuing children. Twenty-three High coach Mechanics, sixteen Taxi Drivers and 150 public were part of the awareness programmes.
