Anniversary Celebration of BOSCO Nilaya

BOSCO Nilaya celebrated the third Anniversary on September 21, 2019. Fr. Regi Jacob, Director, BOSCO Nilaya in his keynote address explained about Don Bosco, BOSCO, Bengaluru, and about the activities of BOSCO Nilaya. He enlightened the group on the importance of cultivating good values, skills and attitudes in children. Ms. Surekha, AWC Supervisor appreciated BOSCO for being a change maker in the community. Mr. Surendra, Teacher, appreciated BOSCO for empowering children through formation of child rights clubs in the schools. Children from ten tuition centers and BOSCO Nilaya performed cultural programmes.
Mr. Prem Kumar, Assistant Sub-Inspector, Mr. Vinod Kumar, Head Constable, Cottonpet Police Station, Mr. Vimal Jain, Mahalakshmi Jewellers, Mr. Mohammad Afsar, President, The Iron and Steel Merchants Association, Kalasipalya, Mr. Ashis Tiwari and Family, Ms. Chorandevi and family, Mr. Karthik, School Teacher and Fr. Prasad, SDB, Director, BOSCO Sumanahalli and CHILDLINE were present on the occasion. Around three hundred people including children from nine Communities, Government officials, stakeholders, sponsors, neighbors and staff members participated in the celebrations.
