CHILDLINE Collab BOSCO Bengaluru organized an open house Programme at Urdu Primary and Higher Primary school, Kengeri on September 19, 2019. Fr. Prasad SDB, Director, CHILDLINE BOSCO Bengaluru addressing the gathering spoke about the objectives and services of CHILDLINE and purpose of the open house Programme. Mr. Naveen, Probationary police sub Inspector Kengeri Police Station Bengaluru said, “Every child has to study, it will help him to become a responsible person. The children coming from economically poor background, must know that their parents are toil hard to educate their children.” Mr. Vijay Raj Probationary police sub Inspector Kengeri Police Station, Bengaluru gave the example of former President APJ Abdul Kalam’s life.
Ms. Usha Nayak Facilitated the discussion with children. The students clarified their doubts and raised issues concerning children. Mr. Shaik, President, SDMC, assured that they would make every effort to re-enroll children to the school. Ms. Janaki Yuva parivarthana Bengaluru, Ms. Firdoz Bhanu, Headmistress, GUHPS Kengeri, twelve staff and over 190 students participated in the programme.
