Youth Parliament at Yuvakendra

BOSCO Yuvakendra, Bangalore, organized Youth Parliament for the inmates of the centre on June 22, 2019. The previous month’s report was read. The new entrants to the centre were welcomed and introduced to the group. The youth discussed about keeping the premises clean, maintaining personal hygiene, waste management and waste segregation, displaying decent behavior, taking care of the centre materials and infrastructure, etc. They also discussed about the importance of the events such as Shaale Kade Nanna Nade, Anti Child Labour Day, BOSCO Anniversary and International Yoga Day. Sr. Silvy, Director, BOSCO Yuvakendra, exhorted the youth to lead a disciplined life and become responsible citizens of the society. Twenty-two youth participated in the meeting.
