Mothers’ Meeting organized

Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), BOSCO Bengaluru organized Mothers’ Meeting at Hale Guddadahalli AWC, Bengaluru on December 27, 2018. The mothers were given awareness on ‘Measures to be taken during pregnancy for the healthy growth of the baby’. Ravikumari, Cluster Coordinator, ECCE Project, enlightened the mothers on the roles and responsibilities of Bala Vikas Samithi. Mr. Ramaswamy, Coordinator, ECCE Project, spoke about ICDS and its activities, the governing system of Anganwadi and roles of the participants as mothers of Anganwadi children. Vaccinations during pregnancy and their importance were briefed. List of nutritious food, facilities for pregnant mothers at Anganwadi centers were explained. Fifteen mothers, Ms. Sushma, AWC Teacher and AWC Helper participated in the meeting.
