 Traffic Awareness Programme Organized

The Police Officials of Chikkapet Traffic Police Station visited BOSCO Vikas on August 3, 2024 to create awareness about the importance of following traffic rules and brief the children about the consequences of not following the safety rules on the road. Mr. Ravi Kumar, Head Constable, Chikkapet Traffic Police station gave information about road safety. Topics like the right age to ride bike, why do we have age criteria for riding vehicles, following traffic rules while riding, driving and walking were covered. The session ended with the children promising that they keep in mind the traffic rules to be followed for their safety and the safety of others. Fr. K.J Joseph, Director, BOSCO Mane and Vikas, Mr. Gangaraju, Sub-Inspector, Mr. Manjunath and Mr. M.D. Rafi, Police constables, Vikas staff were present in the session. Eighty boys from Vikas and Mane benefitted from the session.
