A value education class was held for the resident girls of BOSCO Rainbow Home on October 6, 2024 to assist them to develop the virtue of forgiveness and enhance their social and emotional learning abilities and to strengthen healthy relationships through the process of forgiveness and restore the individual’s sense of security and inner strength. Mr. Melvyn, Benefactor and Volunteer from Australia motivated the girls to have moral values by removing their hurt, pain, resentment and anger. He guided the girls to relive from the heavy load of resentment and revenge, which gives them a sense of empowerment. He said correct behavior includes the courage to say please, sorry and thank you regularly. Openness to forgive others and have a better relationship is very important for a healthy life. Thirty-two participated in the class.
