Life Skill Session on Financial Literacy

WeLive Foundation, Bengaluru organized a life skill  session on ‘ Financial Literacy’ for the youths of BOSCO Yuvakendra at the centre on January 11, 2025. Mr. Pruthvi and Ms. Nazia, Resource Persons raised awareness about essential identification documents and the importance and usage of Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, and other ID cards. They educated children on financial literacy, including money management, investment strategies, and the role of banks in savings and mutual funds.They introduced the youths to the concept of DigiLocker for secure storage of documents and gave an overview of mutual funds and banks involved in mutual fund investments.Twenty-two youths availed the benefits of this session.
