 Carpentry Unit Inaugurated at BOSCO Sumanahalli

The Carpentry Unit at BOSCO Sumanahalli has been revitalized to provide improved working conditions for the trainees. The inauguration ceremony took place on April 20, 2025, in the esteemed presence of Fr. George Kannandanam, Director of the Sumanahalli Society; Fr. Tomy, Director of SUPPORT; Fr. Varghese Pallipuram, Executive Director of BOSCO Bengaluru; and the directors of all the BOSCO centers. During the ceremony, the guests expressed their best wishes to the carpentry instructor and trainees, emphasizing that the carpentry unit is not merely a workshop but a space where dreams take shape. The event received a very positive response from both the trainees and staff, significantly boosting motivation among students to take their training more seriously. The trainees felt invigorated by the new environment. A total of twenty trainees and staff members were in attendance at the occasion.
