Varamahalakshmi Festival Celebration

BOSCO Vatsalya Bhavan and BOSCO Rainbow Home celebrated the Varamahalakshmi festival with great enthusiasm and grandeur at their centres on August 8, 2025. The children creatively decorated the Varalakshmi statue, beautifully reflecting their culture and traditions while showing respect for their faith. Dressed in vibrant festive attire, they offered heartfelt prayers to the Devi with devotion and reverence. The children from BOSCO Rainbow Home were taken to a nearby temple, where they prayed to the deity. This experience allowed them to learn about the culture, embrace the festive spirit, and enjoy the celebration. The festivities were further enhanced as the children came together to share delicious food, spreading joy and strengthening their sense of community. All the children at the centres, along with the staff, actively participated in the celebrations.
