Anti-Child Beggary campaign

CHILDLINE Collab, BOSCO Bengaluru, in continuation of the Anti-Child Beggary campaign launched by KSCPCR, in collaboration with the Department of police, organized public announcement over the PA system engaging a vehicle, on January 22, 2021. The team sensitized the officials at the jurisdictional police stations and moved through the vulnerable areas and signals together with the Hoysala Police vehicles. The team gave awareness at Kathriguppe Main Road, Kathriguppe Circle, Bhuvaneshwari Nagar, Bhuvaneshwari Nagar Circle, Kamakya Signal, Deve Gowda Petrol Bunk signal under Channammanakere Achukattu Police Station limits and RV Hospital Signal, Indira Gandhi Circle, Sarakki vegetable market, JP Nagar Metro Station, 15th Cross Signal and Ragigudda Slum Communit that come under JP Nagar Police Station. CHILDLINE team along with the police officials warned parents and employers who had brought children to the place of work. They agreed that they would not employ children.
