BOSCO Yuvakendra Organizes Youth Parliament

BOSCO Yuvakendra organized Youth Parliament for the youth residing at the centre, on May 27, 2021. The purpose of the programme was to develop participative behaviour, independence, leadership qualities in the youth at the centre so that they may take ownership of the centre activities. The youth representative greeted the staff and fellow mates, and presented the month’s report.
Sr. Silvy Lawrence, Director, BOSCO Yuvakendra, said, ‘God has helped us in so many ways. We should be thankful. We can express our gratitude to God by helping others who are in need.’ Veeresh KM, Coordinator, Open Shelter, BOSCO Yuvakendra, facilitated the programme. Twenty-two youths participated in the Youth Parliament.
