Caring Community Group Meeting

BOSCO CSN Project conducted a meeting to empower caring community group members for protecting child rights at the community level in Shambhulingapalya, Kalasipalya, Bengaluru on April 19, 2025. Mr. Basavaraju P N, Project Co-coordinator and Mr. Ramaswamy, Coordinator, Juvenile Advocacy  provided information about BOSCO’s activities and the child protection mechanisms. They  guided the group on protecting children from various child related issues and child rights violations, along with outlining the roles and responsibilities of CCG members.

The programme was attended by Mr. Basavaraju, Police Constable from Kalasipalya Police Station, the school headmaster, members of self-help groups (SHGs), members of Mahila Sangha,  Anganwadi teacher, youth group members  and community members. A total of 19 members participated in the meeting.
