Exposure Visit to Cake Exhibition

BOSCO Life Skill Training Centre, Sumanahalli, Bengaluru organized exposure visit to the ‘Cake Exhibition’ at St. Joseph Indian School near Kantheerava Stadium, Bengaluru for the youth undergoing training in baking, on December 27, 2018. The youth had an opportunity to see varieties of cakes in different forms exhibited at the show. Cakes made in different shapes like Red Fort, Santa Claus, Indian Cricket team players, etc. attracted their attention. They also learned as to how cakes could be prepared in different shapes. Five youth visited the cake show. Mr. Anthony, Instructor, Life Skill Training Centre, accompanied the youth.
