Health Awareness at BOSCO Rainbow Home

 BOSCO Rainbow Home organized health awareness programme in collaboration with St. Martha’s Hospital, Bengaluru for the adolescent girls of the centre on July 16, 2021. Dr. Uma Rai and Sichithra, nurse, spoke about the physical and mental changes that occur during adolescence as it is the transition phase from childhood to adulthood. They explained about the onset of puberty. The resource persons briefed about the necessary precautions to be taken to maintain personal health and hygiene. Thirty adolescent girls attended the session.
