Health Camp at BOSCO Yuvakendra

BOSCO Health Care Department organized health camp for the inmates of BOSCO Yuvakendra in collaboration with Community Medium Department, St. Martha’s Hospital, Bengaluru at the centre on October 17, 2019. The camp was organized for early detection and prevention of sickness in children.
Eye Testing, Height and Weight checkup, BP checkup, Sugar testing and Physical Health checkup were done for all the youth. Doctors prescribed medicines for the ailing. Dr. Selvaraj Abraham, Uma Raj, Social worker, Sr. Susan, Coordinator, BOSCO Health Care Department, Trainee Doctors and two Nurses conducted the camp. Nineteen boys from BOSCO Yuvakendra, one room placed boy and 56 people from the neighborhood communities availed the services of the camp.
