Inauguration of Don Bosco’s Month

Don Bosco’s month celebrated as “Yuva Premi Masostava” was inaugurated at all the centres of BOSCO, in the presence of children and youth, from January 2 to 6, 2025. The representatives of each center and area along with their Directors garlanded the statue of the saint. The directors of the centers enlightened the children on the life of the priest, founder, father and teacher of the youth, St. John Bosco. They exhorted the children and youth to become independent, and follow the path of the saint to become responsible citizens in the society. Fr. Anthaiah,  Hyderabad Province, addressing the staff and the children at BOSCO Mane, shared a heartfelt story about St. Don Bosco’s childhood. Through the story, he highlighted St. Don Bosco’s unwavering faith and urged everyone, especially the children, to cultivate similar qualities of faithfulness in their lives. Children sang hymns honouring St. John Bosco. The children also put up cultural programmes. The programme concluded with the Don Bosco Anthem. All the centre and area children and youth participated in the event.
