Inter-Centre Cultural Competition 2019

The Inter-Centre Cultural Competition for Children was held at BOSCO Mane, Bengaluru, on January 20, 2019. Mr. Thejas Saddhiwal, Actor, Director, Cinema and Television, said that everyone must make use of opportunities and time in order to seek better future. Mr. Harshil Koushika, Theater Performer and Cine Artist, addressed the gathering said, “Everyone must have a goal and BOSCO provides the opportunities to get access towards the same”. Speaking on the occasion, Fr. Prasad, SDB, Director, BOSCO CHILDLINE and Sumanahalli, exhorted children to have self-confidence, courage and determination to achieve their goal.
The competitions included group songs, group dances, mimes, fancy dress and pick and speak based on the theme ‘Don Bosco – Protector of Children’. The Judges were Mr. Ranaprachanda P. Hucchappa, theater and cine artist, Mr. Charles Dominic, Guitarist and Composer who composes music for advertisements, short films, radio programmes and Ms. Mandara D, Dance Artist. The judges were honoured with mementos. Mrs. Padma, Dance Artist, Fr. Mathew Thomas, Executive Director, BOSCO Bengaluru, Fr. Binny Director, BOSCO Mane, were present for the event. Over hundred children participated in the competition.
