MEDICAL CAMP ORGANIZED

A Special Outreach Health camp was conducted under the auspices of St. Martha’s Hospital at Ambedkar Huts, Ward-78, Bengaluru, on February 9, 2019. Dr Abraham along with his team conducted the camp. The Health Camp offered services like blood pressure testing, blood sugar check-up, suspected Tuberculosis and ICTC, and vision testing. Many of the inmates were found to be diabetic with their random sugar levels reading high. Health issues of children like tonsils, cough, congestion and other related problems were also attended to by the doctor. Treatment and medicine were given for the ailments identified. Ninety residents of the area and the neighbourhood and twenty-seven children availed of the services of the camp.
