Medical Camps Organized

BOSCO Health Care Department organized medical camps for the children of BOSCO Mane, Vikas, Vastalya Bhavan, Yuvakendra and Yuvodaya at St. John’s Hospital, Brindavan Hospital and at BOSCO Yuvodaya during July 2024. Apart from the general health checkup, some of the children underwent thyroid test, vision test, oral checkup, skin test, ENT test, urology test, blood test, etc. Some of the children were underweight and some were overweight.  Twenty-nine children needed dental treatment. Dr. Adelia Lobo, St. Martha’s Hospital did the medical checkup of the children at BOSCO Yuvodaya. Children were prescribed vitamin supplements. A total of two hundred and thirty children from the centres availed the services of the camps.
