Meeting with Government Officials

BOSCO Foster Care Programme organized a meeting with the Government Officials at Government School, Geddalahalli, Nelamanagala, Bengaluru Rural on January 11, 2025 to make the Govt Officials  know  the concept of foster care, adoption, eligibility of children and parents, follow up  procedures, documents required, role of Child Welfare Committee and District Child Protection  Officer. Obalesh, Social Mobilizer, BOSCO Foster Care Programme, requested the Govt Officials  to spread the message of foster care, so that more and more prospective foster parents and prospective foster children are identified. He also briefed about BOSCO activities and its services. Seven Officials were present in the meeting.
