Orientation for the New Staff

An Orientation Programme was organized by the BOSCO Human Resource Department for the newly recruited staff at BOSCO Nilaya on April 5, 2021. During the interactive session, Fr. Regi Jacob, Director BOSCO Nilaya and Nivas explained about team work, interpersonal relationships, youth guidance, art of listening, how to be an animator through various activities. He also explained in detail about JJ Act. Ms. Vimala, team member,Railway CHILDLINE explained about the rescue process, CWC and home placement of children. Mr.Anjaneya, Coordinator, Bus Stand Team explained about the accompanied and unaccompanied children. Mr. Prashanth Murthy, HR Manager, BOSCO Bengaluru, explained about the Child Protection Policy and HR Policy. Eight new staff attended the orientation programme.
