An orientation program was conducted for students of CBM India Training centre at BOSCO Yuvodaya on July 25, 2025. Fr. Varghese Pallipuram, Executive Director oriented the group on BOSCO organization and its activities. He briefed about the history of BOSCO, its vision and mission, programmes and projects, Mr. Obalesh, Social Mobilizer Foster Care Project gave an elaborate idea on the working of the foster care wing and Mr. Prashanth Murthy HR manager briefed about the HR department.

The students were keen to understand the practical aspects of NGO functioning and expressed appreciation for the opportunity to engage with BOSCO’s mission. They visited the various centres of BOSCO. Students were happy to be the part of BOSCO and learn about its activities and even enquired about the process involved in enrolling a volunteer. This exposure is expected to support their academic learning and future engagement in the field of special education and childcare.
