Parents Meeting Organized

BOSCO Rainbow Home organized a meeting for the parents of the children residing in the centre on December 22, 2019. The purpose of the meeting was to create awareness about JJ Act and POCSO Act among the parents. Ms. Renuka, Education Coordinator, BOSCO Rainbow Home gave brief explanation about JJB and POSCO act, rules and regulations quoting various examples. Fr. John MA, Director, BOSCO Rainbow Home, emphasized on general rules and regulations of Rainbow Home and procedures of CWC. He exhorted the parents to spend quality time with the children when they are sent home during vacations. He also reminded them to open the bank account and get caste and income certificate for the children. Sixty-one parents were present in the meeting.
