SDMC Meeting Organized

 CREAM and ECCE programmes of BOSCO, Bengaluru organized SDMC Meeting for Padarayanapura Cluster Members at GUHPS, Goripalya, Bengaluru, on February 11, 2019. Fr. Regi Jacob, Director, CREAM and ECCE Programmes, briefed about BOSCO, CREAM, ECCE and their activities. Information about online safety, importance of education, fear of examinations and values that children should imbibe were given. Mantra and Teach for India Volunteers presented about objectives of SDMC, roles and responsibilities. The success of CREAM project during 2018 was explained by Mr. Ramaswamy, Coordinator, CREAM and ECCE. Mr. Yusuf Aslam Khan, President, State Urdu SDMC, requested for the translation of SDMC related Book into Urdu language. SDMC members requested conducting such cluster level meetings once a month involving all SDMC members.
Ms. Vinnarasi, Cluster Coordinator, ECCE, Ms. Priya, Reporter, ECCE and Ms. Prathibha, CRC Coordinator, HDFC Project, were also present in the meeting. One Cluster Resource Person (CRP), forty SDMC members from eight schools, ten CRC members and four Mantra and Teach for India Volunteers participated. Ms. Jabeen Taj, CRP, welcomed the gathering and proposed the vote of thanks.
