Sharanappa IPS Celebrates Birthday at BOSCO

Dr. Sharanappa S. Dhage, IPS, Superintendent of Police, COD and CID, Karnataka, celebrated his birthday with the children of BOSCO Mane and Vikas on July 22, 2019. Introducing the guest to the children, Fr. Prasad, SDB, Director BOSCO CHILDLINE and BOSCO Sumanahalli, extended his heartfelt thanks to the IPS officer for the timely support rendered to BOSCO in rescuing children in need of care and protection. The Officer cut the birthday cake in the presence of the children and offered snacks to them. He distributed geometry boxes to the children in an attempt to assist them in the curricular activities. He visited the BOSCO CHILDLINE department and interacted with the team members. T. Suresh, Media Person, Jeevanmukhi, Kannada fortnightly magazine was instrumental in organizing the celebration. Ms. Vanitha Ravi, welcomed the gathering and proposed the vote of thanks. Eighty children from BOSCO Mane and Vikas were present during the celebration.
