Human Resource Department, BOSCO Bengaluru  organized an Induction Training for the newly recruited staff on January 17, 2025.  Fr. Varghese Pallipuram, Executive Director, BOSCO Bengaluru welcomed the staff with introductory words. He took a session on the Programmes and Services at BOSCO including the Nelamangala project and Migrant Help Desk programme. This session gave staff a clear understanding on the overall work taking place and the programmes and projects carried out at BOSCO.  Mr. Shivamallu and Mr. Ramaswamy took a session on Child Laws and Child Rights. Staff was made aware of importance of child laws and child rights

Fr. Jude Anand, Director, BOSCO Sumanahalli engaged the staff in the session on Don Bosco’s Preventive System of Education. Staff was involved in group activities and discussion. Activity based learning and video clips related to personality development made staff reflect themselves on their role in BOSCO. Mr. Prashantha Murthy, HR Manager explained about HR Policy of BOSCO. Induction session came to an end with the concluding remarks by Fr. Varghese Pallipuram. Twenty-eight new staff participated in the training.
