Staff Induction Training

Human Resource Department of BOSCO Bangalore had organized Induction Programme for the newly joined staff at BOSCO Yuvodaya on July 28, 2025 Fr. Johnson, Director, BOSCO Yuvodaya welcomed the staff with introductory words. Fr. Varghese Pallipuram, Executive Director, BOSCO Bengaluru took a session on Programmes and Services at BOSCO. This session gave staff a clear understanding on overall work taking place and the programmes and projects carried out at BOSCO.

 Mr. Shivamallu facilitated the session on Child Laws and Child Rights. Staff was made aware of importance of child laws and Child Rights. Fr. Jude Anand, Director, BOSCO Sumanahalli engaged the staff in the session on Don Bosco Preventive system of Education through group activities, video clips and discussion. Mr. Prashanth Murthy, HR Manager explained about HR Policy of BOSCO and Child Protection Policy. Induction session came to an end by concluding remarks by Fr. Varghese Pallipuram. Twelve staff and one intern from Sacred Heart College, Tamil Nadu participated in programme.
