STAFF TRAINING

CREAM, BOSCO, Bengaluru, organized training for the project staff at BOSCO Nilaya on October 30, 2018. Mr. Ramaswamy, Coordinator, CREAM, BOSCO Bengaluru, explained about the importance of empowering children to advocate for their rights, for the basic facilities in their schools. He stressed about the need to create awareness among the public, among stakeholders and communities about child rights and child protection mechanisms. Fr. Regi gave a presentation on Emotional Intelligence. He briefed about the types of leaders, definition of emotional intelligence, types of emotions and strategies for promoting emotional intelligence. Sixteen staff of BOSCO attended the training.
