State Level Consultation Programme

Railway CHILDLINE, BOSCO Bengaluru, organized State Level Consultation Porgramme with the stakeholders and Government Departments at Sangolli Rayanna (KSR) Railway station on September 19, 2019. Mr. Arun Mozhi, Senior Programme Coordinator, CIF/PCCRS, briefed about Railway CHILDLINE, its functions and shared the rescue data of CHILDLINE. He appreciated the support of the stakeholders, RPF and GRP in rescuing and rehabilitating the vulnerable children and youth. He also requested the stakeholders and the government agencies to work in tandem to achieve better results.
The stakeholders ensured their further support to Railway CHILDLINE. However they felt that better visibility could be created with more posters, hoardings, stickers, etc. with information about CHILDLINE services being displayed at various places in the railway platforms.
Mr. Ananthnarayan, Deputy SMR, KSR Railway Station, Mr. Mahesh Jakathi CLA/CIF, Fr. Regi Jacob, Director, BOSCO Nilaya and Mr. Ramaswamy Coordinator BOSCO ECCE and CREAM Programmes were present during the consultation. Sixty-four stakeholders participated in the programme.
