Teaching Learning Material Distribution

Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) programme, BOSCO, Bengaluru organized the distribution of Teaching Learning Materials (TLM) to ten schools on September 17, 2019. Fr. Regi Jacob, Director, BOSCO Nilaya, in his keynote address, said, “What we hear, we forget. What we see, we remember. What we do, we learn.” He briefed about Don Bosco, BOSCO Bengaluru, ECCE, BOSCO Nilaya and its activities.
Mr. Ramaswamy explained about the need for early childhood education and benefits of activity orientated education. Few tips as to how to handle children and the importance of inculcating values were explained. He exhorted teachers to make quality use of the TLM. Mr. Surendra and Sri Siddalingeshwara, HPS, Magadi Road demonstrated the use of TLM in classrooms. TLM was distributed to all the ten Schools. Headmasters and teachers were thankful and happy about the joint venture with BOSCO. Ten School teachers and six children participated in the programme.
