Training on Ecology

 BOSCO Nilaya organized a training programme on Ecology for its staff at the centre on March 14, 2020. Welcoming the resource persons and the staff, Fr. Regi Jacob, Director, BOSCO Nilaya briefed about BOSCO and its activities. Mr. Ramesh, Netsurf Communications, Pvt. Ltd. substantiated the need for saving the mother earth through giving vital statistics as a result of. He explained the need for organic farming and planting more and more trees. He elucidated the extinction of animals and deforestation and how it has affected global warming, faulty practices, farming and ground water levels. He stressed on the importance of educating children about conserving the planet and teaching them to plant trees, maintain gardens and greenery in their vicinity. Ms.Shivaleela, Netsurf Communications, Pvt Ltd., demonstrated the use of Netsurf App and urged to use organic products. Eleven staff and student participated in the training.
