Dinesh Kumar, a native of Bengaluru, lost his parents at the age of three. After a few days, he was adopted by a doctor and his family. But he was not treated well by his new family, and he tried to escape from their house many times. One day he succeeded, and was found by a policeman and referred to BOSCO in 2007. Dinesh has been under the care of BOSCO for more than twelve years. He says that he received education, care, shelter, and love, in BOSCO. He feels that he is really blessed by Almighty God, and is grateful to his mentors at Bosco. Dinesh did his PUC in St. Joseph’s College and completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from Christ University (a four-year course), with kitchen, bakery, and marketing as his specializations. Currently, Dinesh is working as a Front Desk Executive in Jones Lang LaSalle, India – a Commercial Real Estate Services company in Yelanahalli, Bengaluru. He stays independently in a room near his workplace. He wants to work and save enough money to help children and youth at risk.
