Staff Capacity Building

 BOSCO CREAM Project organized staff capacity building training for the staff at BOSCO Nilaya on July 10, 2021. Jinu Mathew, Programme Manager, BREADS Bengaluru explained about CRC, CRC Federation, CPC, Makkala Grama Sabha and documentation. Fr. Regi Jacob, Director, BOSCO CREAM Project, explained about how to write the reports with emphasis on the impact of the activity. Nine staff attended the training.
