Foster Care Awareness and Training

BOSCO Foster Care Project organized nine awareness programmes for the JP Hospital staff, Police personnel, Head Masters/Mistresses, and Anganwadi Teachers, Nelamangala, Bengaluru Rural, on November 3 and 4, 2026. Mr. Obalesh K, Social Mobilizer, introduced the concept of foster care and adoption to the stakeholders. He briefed the stakeholders about the procedures and processes involved in foster care and adoption and requested the support of the stakeholders in identifying prospective foster parents and children in need of a family atmosphere. One hundred and seven stakeholders attended the programmes.
