Life Skill Session on Self Esteem

A life skill session on ‘Self Esteem’ was taken up by BOSCO Rainboe Home for the resident girls on August 12, 2024 to instill in children the confidence to succeed in school and other endeavours, as well as the ability to form productive relationships with others. .Through relevant games and activities, children were taught to focus on their positive qualities rather than their flaws, identify their own skills and talents, understand the difference between their inner and outer beauty, learn more about what makes a healthy friendship, and develop a habit of positive realism. Sr. Mary Shamala, Counsellor, BOSCO Rainbow Home conducted the session. Twenty-nine girls participated in the session.
