BOSCO Rainbow Home, in collaboration with the BOSCO Family Restoration and After-Care Project, organized a parents’ meeting at the centre on September 27, 2026, for parents of children who had been restored to their families.

Following the welcome, Mr. Balaraj highlighted the importance of positive parenting, healthy relationships, and mutual understanding between parents and children. He emphasized the need for open and effective communication, encouraging parents and children to share their thoughts, feelings, and concerns honestly. Parents were also encouraged to understand the reasons behind their children’s behaviour and respond with patience, care, and empathy.

The session stressed the importance of positive parenting, guiding children through love, encouragement, and support rather than harsh words or punishment. Parents were encouraged to spend quality time with their children, take an interest in their education and daily activities, and remain actively involved in their personal development.

Seven parents and children attended the meeting and received the ration kits.
