BOSCO Nivas organized a Parents’ Meeting on September 28, 2026, to create awareness among parents about their role in supporting their children’s educational progress, well-being and social development. The meeting also focused on understanding the children’s strengths and areas for improvement in studies and providing proper care and encouragement during and after examinations.

The session began with an introduction, followed by an interactive discussion on school timings and the time children spend at home. Parents were guided on effective ways of caring for and supporting their children, and were informed about the upcoming Dasara camp and one-day picnic. Parents also shared their experiences of spending quality time with their children, including having dinner together as a family. The need for hostel placement for children from single-parent families was also discussed. Fifteen mothers participated in the meeting.
