Staff Training Programme

CREAM Project, BOSCO Bengaluru organized training programme to empower staff on team building and goal setting at BOSCO Nilaya on August 31, 2021. Fr. Regi Jacob, Director, BOSCO Nilaya and Nivas conducted an activity-oriented session to explain the concept- SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time bound). Nine staff and five tuition teachers attended the training.
